Fitness Classes

Fitness Classes are free to Full Privilege Members.  Please stop by the Front Desk if you would like to register for any of the classes listed below.

Y Fitness Combo

Cardiovascular workout as well as muscle strengthening and toning.

Monday, Wednesday, Fridays: 9:00 am to 10:15 am

Y Workout

Our choreographed workout session focuses on strength flexibility and muscle toning.

Monday & Thursday: 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm
Wednesday: 5:30 to 6:15 pm

Fit and Functional

Use the stability ball, the latest exercise tool, and work on cardiovascular endurance, strengthening your core muscles, balance and flexibility.

Thursday: 9:15 am to 10:15 am

Cardio Kickboxing

Cardiovascular workout using boxing, punches and kicks.

Tuesday: 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm

AERO Step

Hi and Lo impact aerobics and step training.

Saturday 10:00 am to 11:00 am
Thursday: 5:45 pm to 6:45 pm
